Black Joints - Peg and Joint Disc are Black with White
or Beige Locking Washer. If the colour of the Locking
Washer is important please email us or put a note
in the Message box in the Shopping Basket.
We get these from several suppliers so some sizes and
colours may appear to be different types of plastic.

Joint Disc
Locking Washer
These joints are suitable for children's toys providing
suitable fabric is used and they are fitted correctly.
They meet the European EN71 Safety Standard.
They do not need to be compliant with the new 2013
chemical standards as they are for use inside the toy.
All measurements below are approximate and in millimetres.

HOW TO USE
It may be best to make small holes in the correct
places in the arm/legs and body before assembling joint
Put Pegged Disc into arm/leg and push Peg through the hole
Push Peg through hole in main body
Place Joint Disc on Peg
Place Locking Washer on Peg
Push down with your thumbs evenly until it clicks
Depending upon the thickness of the fabric you may be
able to push it until it clicks a few more times
Please note - Locking Washer cannot be removed once fitted
so keep checking that the joint moves how you want
(several times) while you are clicking the Locking Washer onto Peg
