As of today Thursday my order has not arrived. However an order I placed at the same time for knitting needles off your linked site has arrived a couple of days ago! I am sitting in hope of it arriving today! Thankyou

Thank you for your feedback. However, you are a bit early. The DKY order was sent on Monday, the CB order was sent yesterday - Wednesday.
Both your orders were placed on Monday mid morning. CB orders placed up to 6pm on Sunday are sent on Monday. DKY orders placed up to 12.30 on Monday are sent on Monday. Miss either of those deadlines and the next post out is Wednesday.

Please let us know when you do get the CB order.

Our P+P price is clearly stated before you order.
The price is made up of a combination of things as well as First Class Postage (which went up to us on 2nd April). These including visa charges which can be as much as 45p per transaction, paper, printing and envelopes.
Because we have a flat rate, some smaller parcels (like motifs) do subsidise the larger parcels (like 30mm eyes). You do always have the choice to order more and take advantage of our Free P+P rates.
