Choose the item you want to order

Change the number 1 (one) in the quantities
box next to that item to the number you want to order

Click the ADD button next to the
quantities box

You will be taken to the Shopping Basket

To change the
number of items you have ordered change the number in the Shopping Basket and
hit RECALCULATE
-
To delete an item
you have ordered change the number in the shopping basket to zero and hit
RECALCULATE

To return to the same page
scroll down until you see the CONTINUE SHOPPING button

To go to a different page use
the main links on the left side of the page

If you have finished shopping
click the GO TO PAYMENTS button and
complete the Card Holders Address Details - If the Delivery Address is
different to the Card Holders please add this also.

Choose your payment
options - Telephone Card Details or Pay Online using our Secure Server.

Fill in your Card
Details including CV number
-
You will be taken
to a thank you page which contains your order number
-
If you clicked the Telephone option
the exit page will contain details of how
to do this.

You will receive an email receipt
almost straight away - if
you do not please contact

Please print and check your receipt -
it is the only one you will get.

If anything is wrong please let us
know straight away by email - mistakes
are much harder to rectify later.

CV
NUMBER
For
your security we ask for the CV number from your card on the order form.
The CV number is usually the last 3 digits on the back of your Card AFTER
the last 4 digits of your card number.
Our
card machine will not process your card number without the correct CV
number, House Number and Post Code of the Card Holder - these are all
security features to protect you.

NON-UK CUSTOMERS
We have a
currency converter on our website - this is for information only and the final
price in your currency will be determined by your Credit Card Companies
exchange rate and any charges they may apply. When you click the link (half
way down on our home page) the converter opens in its own window - you can
then leave it open while you browse the site and check prices.
Postage
for non-UK customers depends upon the weight of the parcel and where it is
being sent. The minimum posting and packing costs for 100 grams package
are
£1.74 -

£2.14 -
Rest of World
We always
send a shipping quote by email after we receive a non-UK order. Your card
would not be charged, and we would not send your parcel, until we receive an
email from you confirming the final price is OK.

SHOPPING BASKET COOKIES
Our cookies are small text files saved on your computer by our shopping basket. Only our shopping basket can read these cookies. The
cookies save the contents of your shopping basket on your computer until you 'check out'. If you leave the site without 'checking out' the
cookie stays on your computer for about 30 minutes and then 'dies'. This means you can come back to our site within 30 minutes
of not 'checking out' and pick up where you left off - assuming you haven't closed your internet connection/browser in the meantime. After this
time you would have to start again. If you stay on the site you can take longer than 30 minutes to shop as long as you check the
basket every 10 minutes or so.
There is an option on the delivery address page for remembering your details. This is also done by a cookie. You can leave the box
blank and no cookie will be placed on your computer. If you do tick the box the cookie only remembers your name and address not your payment details. Again this cookie can only be 'read' by our
site shopping basket not by anyone else. This cookie stays on your computer until you visit our site again and 'check out'. If on the next visit you do not tick the box the cookie will be removed.
